Q1: What surface finishing options do you provide?
A: We offer anodizing, hard anodizing, sandblasting, polishing, passivation, black oxide, brushing and custom coating services.
Q2: Can you do aluminum anodizing?
A: Yes. Color anodizing, clear anodizing and hard anodizing are available for aluminum parts.
Q3: Do you provide stainless steel passivation?
A: Yes. Passivation treatment improves corrosion resistance and surface durability of stainless steel parts.
Q4: Does surface treatment affect part dimensions?
A: Ordinary anodizing has little effect on tolerance. Hard anodizing increases surface thickness and requires pre-processing compensation.
Q5: Can you remove burrs for precision parts?
A: Yes. Full deburring and edge rounding are standard processes for all precision CNC components.
